Today, i did quite a bit of baking. Woke up and lugged myself to get all my ingredients for pizza, panda bread and choc chip muffins!

Here’s the panda bread dough before baking!

And it sort of “broke” during the last 5 mins.

I screamed when i saw what happened to my panda bread but it couldn’t be salvaged.

Tried hammering it a few times and it is unbelievably hard! ☺ Here’s my attempt at Panda Bread! Not the best though…

Next up was hawaiian pizza! My favourite pizza of all! And the best thing about homemade hawaiian pizza, is that i get to spam all the pineapple, ham and cheese!!

Spam! Spam! Spam! Bake.

Freshly baked pizza and babe’s fam swarmed them up like hungry fishes!

Lastly, choco chip muffin. I don’t really like fancy chocochip-anything that much but this was simple and easy to make! On top of that, despite all these chocolate chips, the muffins weren’t all that sweet which makes me satisfied. ☺

Luwee in the park

We took Luw for a good shave down last Thursday on the 8th as it’s the rainy season and it’s really difficult maintaining that fluff ball of fur. I take him down for walks every single night without fail despite the wet grounds and I get really lazy fluff-drying him which… I’m guilty to say ended up with quite a bit of matted clumps and that boy doesn’t really take well to brushing as well.

That’s him in the park for his walk after his shave down. Looking all prim and proper. After that, we headed off to this big soccer field where he so happily ran about in puddles of mud and stealing soccer balls to play.

My girlfriends and I headed out to Brunetti’s at Tanglin Mall yesterday afternoon. My, the cakes was awesome! A little pricey at $9/slice of new york cheesecake but… I’d say it’s very very worth it.

V & I went to collect our toblerones at Ion.

V thinks i’m sick ‘cus i like it when honey and almond nougats get stuck on my teeth. 😍
